HANCOCK SCHEDULE

November 1	Hancock's deadline for pre-filing testimony, numbered exhibits and list of exhibits. Hancock must also file all correspondence with policyholders ASAP, but no later than prior to November 15 hearing.
November 8	Participants' (those policyholders represented by Adkins & Kelston and granted rights in the hearing) deadline for pre-filing testimony, numbered exhibits and list of exhibits.
November 10	Participants' must file with Presiding Officers lists of questions for Hancock's witnesses in following format for each question: 1) issue the question addresses 2) witness question directed to, and 3) relevance of question.
November 10	Public deadline for submission of written statements or notice of your wish to make an oral statement at the public hearings. (We believe people who appear at the public hearing will be allowed to make an oral statement even if they did not give prior notice)
November 12	Pre-hearing memoranda by Hancock/Participants due.
November 15	Second pre-hearing conference for Hancock/Participants.
November 17	First day of public hearings before MA Division of Insurance.
November 18-19	Possible second and third days for public hearings (not yet officially scheduled as of 11/9/99).
November 23	Proxies (naming someone to attend Special Meeting on Policyholder behalf) due at Hancock by 10:00a.m. See Proxy Form
November 30	Hancock holds "Special Meeting" (where policyholders can speak, cast their votes, and their voting results will be calculated).

October 4	Petitions to intervene (as party) and discovery due.
October 12	Hancock's opposition to our filing due.
October 14	Unscheduled pre-hearing conference to discuss our standing, Hancock's opposition.
October 19	Pre-hearing conference re: discovery matters and other scheduling issues.
October 23	Final designation of witnesses and dates of availability to testify due.
