report a Corporate Fraud

Reports of improper conduct or fraud at companies often come from people who have heard about or have direct knowledge of the wrongdoing.  If you have seen or heard about questionable behavior at an insurance company or other corporation, please let us know about it by contacting us by phone or completing and submitting the “Report a Fraud ” form below, either anonymously or by identifying yourself.  Should you identify yourself, we will make every effort to keep you out of public proceedings, if you so wish.  Please review our privacy policy for further details on how your identity is protected.
